Affordable lodging for basic stays.
The parking situation was outrageous with only four spaces available, leading to significant frustration on my part. The room was incredibly outdated, with a filthy carpet that made my skin crawl. the bathroom was poorly maintained, and I couldn't even enjoy a proper shower because it kept falling off during use.

the location is amazin, just a stroll to the beach and super close to the station. the room was clean and cozy with everything i needed like a kettle and a fan for the hot night. staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better! enjoyed a nice vibe around the area with cafes nearby. overall, it was a solid place for a night by the coast.
the decor was a bit outdated and parking was a hassle with limited spots available.

Had a cracking time here! The owner was dead friendly, even offered us the use of a fridge, which was a braw touch. The shower was a bit temperamental though, going from boiling to freezing. good value for a night by the beach!

wow, I almost thought I woudl enjoy my stay, until I faced an outdated bathroom with a toilet seat that doesn’t even cover the toliet. parking was a total joke, just 4 spots for 16 rooms. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no. a major letdown overall.

The beach was just a short stroll away, perfect for the kids to splash around. We loved visiting the nearby cafes for some yummy snacks while soaking up the sun. The family room was spacious enough for our five children, which made our stay enjoyable.
My kids wished for more entertainment options at the guest house.

Oh mate, the culinary scene nearby is a gem! I chowed down at the Waffle, and it was heavenly—crispy, sugary goodness! Plus, the beachfront vibes were just a hop away, and my room was toasty warm, even if it felt a tad too hot. The flexible check-out time was a nice touch, letting me soak in a bit more seaside charm before heading out.
Now for the cheeky critiques, parking was a right pickle, with only four spots for all those rooms, and my special need wasn't accounted for. The gaff really could use a makeover—some dodgy doors that slam like a bad horror flick and a kitchen with no seating were quite the letdown. And a noise from the mini fridge kept me up! £45 without breakfast felt steep for this experience.

The world-famous pier was nearby, so even though it was closed, the anticipation added to my experience. The area had numerous nearby cafes that offered delicious treats, enhancing my visits outside.
The decor felt somewhat outdated, lacking warmth and a welcoming vibe.
